With recruitment fees for senior hires typically landing well above 30%, our commitment to 15% (of base salary only) might appear radical, but it's not! We're just happy to earn less.

Our thinking is that when it comes to fees, everyone prefers paying 15% instead of 30% for permanent recruitment.

So for us, by removing any focus on needing to charge high fees, we can instead enjoy being busy, doing what we love and handling more opportunities to marry great people with great experiences.

What's The Catch?
